Hi there, my name is Sam and I work as a Teacher in a residential rehab facility for adolescents (solely focusing on their mental health and/or drug recovery). I am looking for a room for rent that is open to cats, which will only stay in my room of course. I keep clean after myself and when I am home from work, I usually just like to rest and hang out in my room. I like a quiet environment, as I like to sleep early and have to wake up early for work. I do like to keep a routine when it comes to the weekdays, on weekends it varies & most times I am out. Communication is very important to me, whether we need to in person, text, or call. I am very understanding, flexible as it comes to space/boundaries, as I’d like mine to be respected too. I am open to those who smoke and do not mind drinking/alcohol in the home, as long as everyone is respectful to one another I don’t see an issue at all! Peace, love, unity, and respect :)
