Quiet life, on time with rent. References are verifiable and dependable people. I clean house,always leave the laundry and kitchen sink open for the next person . I’m from the middle of a family of 8 and non confrontational, and flexible and open to suggestions and directions. I continue to work on houses, have built a few, worked on thousands, and am helpful in many ways in any dwelling . I usually stay in my room, have no visitors and don’t make noise. I would like my own bath, yet have shared use of facilities and take only 5-7 minutes to get through I have studied a few years of college and have an associates (2yr) degree.
