Hi there! I’m a business professional who recently moved from out of state. I took the first part of the year to get settled into the area and the new job. I’m ready to branch out and find a mutually beneficial living arrangement.

About Me & My Lifestyle:

I’m a pretty social person, though you’ll usually find me out and about rather than hosting at home. That said, I genuinely enjoy being a considerate and helpful housemate. Think of me as the type to cook with extra to share, lend a hand with projects, or just pitch in with cleaning because it needs doing. I believe in going the extra mile without expecting anything in return – it’s just how I like to live.

My weekdays are generally packed: 12-14 hours out of the house including gym, a day at my corporate job (in Broomfield), and maybe an errand or two. Evenings will be to veg and reset before the next day. Fridays are my “catch-up” days for chores and laundry since I often work from home or I am off. I do have the flexibility to work another day from home during the week so I do take advantage of that sometimes.

Weekends are more flexible but I’m often working my side job, traveling, prepping meals, outdoor adventures, exploring the city, etc. Usually and in and out situation for me most weekends, but I will have some weekends where I just spend time at home.

My Interests:

I’m passionate about fitness, nutrition, cooking, travel (both domestic and international), and just about anything that involves good company. I’m always up for trying new things, exploring new places, and expanding my horizons. I’m also a big Premier League fan (especially LFC!), enjoy volunteering, and am working on my foreign language skills.

What I’m Looking For in a Roommate:

The foundation of a great living situation is mutual respect, open communication, empathy, and a willingness to collaborate. I’ve had many roommates over the years and have always been able to navigate differences by choosing people who value these qualities as much as I do. I’m not looking for a “perfect” roommate – we don’t need to be best friends, but I do prefer a friendly and somewhat sociable atmosphere over awkward silences (although silence in good company is also commendable). If we share interests and want to hang out, that’s awesome, especially since I’m newer in town and looking to build my social circle. But I don’t expect that unless there’s mutual interest.

Logistics & Location:

My work is based in Broomfield, I have family in the foothills, and I’d love easy access to both the city and the foothills. Arvada, Westminster, and Wheat Ridge seem like ideal spots, but I’m open to exploring other areas for the right fit. The right arrangement takes priority over geographic location.

Strong, reliable internet is a must for me.

Living temperatures are important to know in advance. If you reach out, tell me your ideal sleeping and awake temperatures during the winter and summer months to see how we align. This also tells me if you read my profile. :)

If you can’t pass one or won’t submit one, it won’t be a match. ** I love animals and they seem to love me back! ** I don’t smoke or use drugs, and I’m focusing on my fitness goals. However, I’m comfortable with responsible cannabis or alcohol use by others. The exception here is I may have an occassional cigarette with a beer or a light gummy when I want a chill night at home. I am very considerate in this respect and I am happy to discuss your tolerance for these things. ** I am dating (or at least trying to). I’m not one to bring someone home for the hell of it, but I may want to have company from time to time. I would give notice or ask if it would be in imposition before making any committment. ** I’m very much open to hanging out a few times to vibe check and get to know one another if you are interested in doing so.
