I am retired, live within my means, and am happy to have a nest to call my own. I enjoy gardening and plants, cooking, and keeping things clean without clutter. I do not smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol. I am very single. No overnight guests for me. I do have a 13 yo yorkie named Jake who is very well behaved and laid back. I avoid drama and arguments like the plague. I’m pretty mindful, respectful of others and their belongings. Just looking for a peaceful place to enjoy life and live in the present moment. I hate moving, so I am interested in a long-term situation.
