I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and professionally run household with mature working professionals. I keep a structured weekday routine, value privacy and mutual respect, and prefer a calm, low-drama living environment. Financially responsible, organized, and easy to live with.

Ideally looking for: • Private bedroom (+ private bath preferred) • Clear written lease terms • Stable, long-term household (low turnover) • Working professionals with consistent schedules • Commute ≤ ~40 minutes to Embarcadero

Prefer Inner/Outer Sunset or BART-connected areas (Daly City / South SF).
