5. simple Cooking (nothing fancy) (0 food smell),
6. never invite any guests or friends over but visit them instead,
7. prefer a house (Clean/ Quiet/ Hygiene) & a safe neighborhood,
8. sometimes spend weekends at my sibling’s house in Campbell
9. respect quiet hours.
10. don’t do loud music and keep the voice low (so barely audible during normal hours)
