I’m clean, organized, and quiet. I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs or alcohol. Bookish/nerd/introvert type who pays rent on time and doesn’t make much noise.

I have 2 cats and they are non-negotiable. (They’re litter box trained adult male cats who mostly enjoy sleeping with the occasional zoomies.)

I currently work part time at a bus company, but I am almost finished studying for my paralegal certificate at BCC (by the end of 2026).

I currently pay my mother $650/month for rent plus whatever for utilities. I need to leave the nest ASAP.

Looking to team up with 2-3 others to split the cost of an apartment by room. Preferably in Fall River, but am open to surrounding areas.
