Hi, I am recently divorced. Work full time in the evenings from 3pm to 1130pm and have been on job for 10 years. I am very particular about cleanliness. Don’t have company and prefer to find somewhere that there is not a lot of traffic in and out. I am focused on getting back on my feet and get my credit straight. Prefer no pets as well. Can’t go over the $800 a month including utilities as this will give me the opportunity to become financially stable again. (I do not use a lot of utilities when I was on my own my utilities were under $200 for everything) Not looking to be more than a year but who knows if things work out maybe longer. A positive environment is a must. : )
