I’m looking for a room (preferred 2 separate rooms) to rent for myself and my 7-year-old daughter. We can afford $1000-$1500 total per month, including rent and utilities. I work for Stater Bros Markets and am stable, responsible, and reliable with payments.

Ideally, we’d love a space with a private bathroom, but we are open to sharing if it’s the right fit. We are neat, organized, and very respectful of shared spaces. We’re hoping to find a peaceful home environment where we can settle in and be part of a positive atmosphere.
