I’m looking for a house to share with one person, or a room to rent with private bathroom, preferably with utilities and wi-fi included. I am a very clean and responsible housemate, love pets although I no longer have one of my own. I enjoy being outdoors and I’m willing to share the responsibilities of taking care of the home and yard. Must be 420-friendly (outdoors only, licensed for medical use). I am home during the day, and volunteer locally, so I’m out a few evenings a week. I’m interested in exploring more of the area and meeting new friends.
