I’m a 37 year old single, male professional working in Madison Heights. I’ve pretty much always been in the general area, so staying close by would be ideal. I am a quiet, low key dude who generally keeps to himself at home. Home is sanctuary so it isn’t often I would have guests over and I’m not much of a party guy. Been there, done that.

I’m totally sober. I don’t require you to be but if you are, that’s a bonus. Pretty happy in my natural state. No criminal record, good credit and I have a good and verifiable track record with paying my bills on time/early.

I work second shift; 1pm to 9pm on the weekdays. I start my days at 10 am. I end them around 1 am. I don’t usually work weekends. I have normal interests like movies, video games, I run a bit, I’m an artist and I have other interests. I’m a serious pool player. So I’m out a lot practicing and competing. Bonus points if you have a pool table lol. A roommate I can be friends with is cool but it’s not required. I’m an old soul so I tend to get along better with those a bit older than me; though not required.

I am not in an immediate rush to find anything. My current living situation is good except it is greatly lacking in space. So I have no problem taking my time to find what I am looking for (mostly a bigger place and a chill roommate). And to make sure a future roommate would be a good match.
