I’m a 65 year old male, retired, but actually work 2-4 days part-time to get me out of the house. I’m friendly and get along well with people of all ages/backgrounds, but I’ll probably spend much of my time at home reading or at my computer, or outside walking. I clean up after myself and appreciate a roommate who does the same. I don’t drink, smoke, or do any recreational drugs.

I currently don’t have a vehicle, so I prefer to be within a mile of public transportation and/or stores, etc. Looking for a reasonably quiet place to stay; a room (furnished or unfurnished) that will accommodate my desktop computer, a desk and chair, and perhaps a bookcase. I will need to have a wi-fi/internet connection.
