I’m a queer man looking for people I can share a space with, preferably fellow students, for a minimum of 12 months starting July 27th as that is when I move out of my current place. I go to KVCC, I keep to myself, I’m generally a friendly person but I’m also autistic so I do appreciate being able to have space though I don’t mind being as friendly as friendship allows!

I have two lizards, they’re very small and non-obtrusive and I will be more than happy to keep them out of sight of anyone with a reptile phobia. I may also be bringing my family cat into a given apartment, she’s incredibly friendly but be aware of that if you have animal allergies or suspect allergies. I am an artist, writer, and overall very creative person so I hope you don’t mind me bringing a small library along at move-in!

I am responsible, laid-back, and I don’t care if you have people over as long as you keep the noise down after 11pm. I am open to moving in with a couple too, just let me know what your living situation is and we’ll work it out. Budget is pretty much my maximum I’d have to spend on rent a month, we can negotiate utilities.
