Single male, working professional. Facilities manager/mechanical engineer seeks room for rent. I’m quiet, kind, clean, courteous and won’t use the kitchen except for coffee and to warm up meals in the microwave. My home is in Temecula, Ca. I will do my weekly laundry when in my own home. I don’t plan on being at the property on my off days. I will be at my home except when asked to be on call at work. I’m easy going, polite and God centered.
