Description
Looking for intentional community living with like-minded roommates that also love animals. Petsitting eachothers pets and a laundryroom on the premises is a plus.
The ideal rental abode is a single family home. A house, guesthouse or detached garage with rental above it. My dog has anxiety and occasionally barks a lot when left alone or around malintended people.
I have experience renting rooms and renting out rooms as well. I’ve lived with many different kinds of individuals throughout the years and am good at adjusting to new environments. I clean up after myself and am happy to pitch in on cleaning the shared communal areas. Very respectful of boundaries and quiet hours. Sober from alcahol. Present and grounded. Looking for the same type of people to live with. I’m building my Influencer career so I like to stay to myself and have a lot of privacy in my room for content creation. My brand revolves around green and organic living so my lifestyle choices also revolve around that. Such as, but not limited to doing barefoot yoga on the grass for health benifit reasons. I mention this because some people are against yoga for religious reasons. I’m family driven, goal oriented and typically save the drama for the llamas. Poor llamas. Just kidding🙂
I’m ok with roommates having their own pets as long as we keep them self-contained in our rooms or spaces while at work or away(if a communal area is being rented out such as a livingroom or basement) when they are unattended and of course introduce them to one another while under both of our supervision first.
If I’m renting from someone who lets their pets and children have free range of the home then that’s ok too as long as my door stays closed and locked so I can have privacy and safety for me and my pets. I would like to be able to trust my roommates around my dog to watch over her while I’m away if she starts nervously barking.
Also ok with people having children who live with them or who visit them.
I am an ambivert and tend to be introverted. I don’t have guests over often. I’m ok with other guests coming over, but prefer to get to know eachother first unless it’s your place that I’m renting from then I’m more flexible about that as I stay to myself in my room often. I have a lock on my door that locks from the outside with a key when I leave the room even after building trust with others to ensure the safety of my pets.
Am down to house sit, check in with the pets or kids if we make an arrangement ahead of time because I’m home often, but do leave for work, laundrymat and errands.
