I am looking for a room to rent that offers a private bathroom and is ok with having a fixed, declawed cat in the room. I do not drink or smoke. I do work late hours, but am extremely respectful and quiet. You honestly won’t even know me or my cat are there because my kitty just sits in the window, and I keep to myself. I do use the kitchen to cook, I don’t like to go out to eat, but I will always clean up after myself. I’m ok with any house rules, just be clear on what you expect from me and I’ll respect your wishes. I will not have company, again some nights I may get home late, but I will always be quiet and respectful. I am just looking for somewhere safe and clean to rent.
