Hi, I’m a certified massage/bodywork professional, female, late 30s, looking for a private room and bath to rent. I’m lgbt friendly, no pets, like animals, ok with canna if it’s outdoor/pvt.

New-ish to LA. Hoping to mellow out after getting situated so I get a chance to dabble in creative things.

I’m friendly but like the option to keeping to myself. I’m respectful, responsible, thoughtful with shared areas, pretty quiet, clean up after myself. I’d love a peaceful, mellow, clean-ish space to come home to decompress after work.

When I’m social I do love good food, good music, the arts, high and low culture, vibey outdoor things, but not a partier. I do like to cook, but I can be as extravagant or as minimal as needed.

Looking for something around $1300. Prefer a mid to larger room, a private bath, and a kitchen that’s open to different types of food smells - I like to cook and eat fresh for play and prep when I get a chance.

I’d love if I can find a kind, open, mature household where I can ease myself in and reciprocate the same courtesy.
