Hi! Me and my boyfriend are looking for a two 2bed 2bath to rent with a roommate. Of course we are also looking at places to rent just ourselves but getting a third roommate in a 2 bed makes it all the more cheaper for nicer living places. Me and him would share a room of course. So if you’re interested in paying 1/3 of what you would usually pay for equal the space- reach out! Since me and him are both graduate students finding something affordable is the goal! We are thinking a $3,000 apartment 2b/2b total, split 3 ways so each of us pay $1000. For this price we can get a great location and amenities!

We are both very clean individuals who are very friendly and considerate. We have done the roommate thing before so don’t worry we are mature and respectful. We have a dog who is very well trained and calm, she’s good with other pets too even cats. We are both pretty laid back and easy going. We enjoy a good beach day and reading. We are hoping to find a place with nice accommodations including a gym and pool.
