Hi! I recently relocated to the area from Temecula for a new position and am looking for a room with a private bathroom. I’m the Program Director of a residential mental health treatment center, so I live a pretty structured, calm lifestyle. My typical work hours are around 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but I’m on call 24/7. Because of that, my schedule isn’t always predictable. There are times I may have to leave unexpectedly or come home late if a crisis arises. I’m not your typical “leave in the morning and return at 5:00 p.m.” roommate. While this usually doesn’t affect anyone, I know some people prefer a household where everyone’s schedule is very consistent. If that’s important to you, we probably wouldn’t be the best fit—and I’d rather be upfront about that from the beginning.

I’m very clean, organized, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces and other people’s routines. I tend to keep to myself during the week, but I’m friendly and enjoy getting to know the people I live with naturally.

I’m an early riser and really enjoy having a peaceful start to my mornings. I usually make a cup of coffee, spend some time journaling, and do a little yoga before heading out. I’m definitely a morning coffee person, and having access to the kitchen is important to me. Most mornings I’ll make coffee, a smoothie after the gym, and pack my lunch for work. In the evenings, I typically come home and cook dinner. I’m not a messy cook, and I don’t monopolize shared spaces—I simply enjoy cooking at home and eating a little healthier.

When work allows and there aren’t any crises keeping me local, I usually spend my weekends back in Temecula with my partner and our kids, so I’m often away on weekends.

Overall, I’m low-maintenance, reliable, respectful, and take pride in keeping my living space clean and peaceful. I’m hoping to find a comfortable home with people who value open communication, mutual respect, and a relaxed living environment.
