Looking for a clean peaceful room with a private bathroom in the Wolf Creek, Colorado area, to live in while I ski as much as I want & hopefully work part time. Not looking for a party house or loud music situation. I can’t ski every day, so would be nice to find some part time work to keep busy when not skiing. I’m a 67 year old straight male, quiet, friendly, non-smoker/drinker. I’ve been active in recovery program for 19 years and will continue that, but am ok with others drinking & using THC responsibly. I like clean air & homes, so will do my part to keep things that way. I am a Registered Nurse that lives/works on a cattle ranch in OK. I also have a degree in business and am experienced and enjoy metal fabrication & machining. almost any type of equipment operation, ceramic work, property management, bookkeeping, qbo, business management, etc. I have 11/1/2025 as my preferred move in date, but am flexible. I would like to stay at least to the end of good skiing, but if things work out work wise, may stay longer. I’m alright with waiting until after the holiday season as well, but may make it harder for finding work….
