Hi, we’re a couple looking for roommates to rent a place in Queens, preferably. Our combined budget for a room is about $2500, but the cheaper the better!

One of us is a trans woman, so we are only looking for fellow queer individuals, please.

We have 3 cats, so preferably no more pets. They are all friendly to people, so you’ll have some new snuggle companions if you’d like.

We are both tidy people who clean up after ourselves and enjoy a clean common space.

We are pretty social people, open to being friends with our roommate(s). We would enjoy having some people over to our place sometimes, and we welcome you to bring people over as well.

One of us has a job and will be out a lot of the day, while the other is a student and might be home fairly often during the day.

We are both cannabis friendly, but we don’t mind having a no-smoking rule in the house if you’d prefer that.
