Relocating back to Tucson to help with my two adult daughters who have special needs, and going to be a first time grandma. I’m quiet, keep to myself. No drama. prefer private bathroom , ideally separate entrance when available. I use headphones for my music and while on my computer. Just need simplicity and cleanliness.
