Hi! I’ll be in Seattle starting in May for about 3 months and am currently looking for a private house, studio, or efficiency—ideally with no shared living spaces. Because I have significant noise sensitivities, I’m especially drawn to places that are quiet, tucked away, and preferably surrounded by nature, away from busy streets.

I’m a calm, quiet, and very independent person who values peace, cleanliness, and mutual respect. I don’t drink, smoke, or party, and I rarely have guests. Most of my time is spent either studying (I’m a Computer Science major) or training at the gym—I’m very passionate about both programming and bodybuilding.

Due to severe allergies and a past experience with mold toxicity, I’m specifically looking for a pet-free, clean, and mold-free environment. Maintaining a healthy, low-irritant space is extremely important to me.

I’m tidy, organized, and respectful of others’ space and boundaries. While I keep to myself, I do value clear communication and emotional intelligence in any living situation.
