42 year old male working full time with a very early schedule. I start around 3:30 in the morning and I am usually off by early to mid afternoon. I live a disciplined and structured lifestyle and I keep things simple and low key at home. I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu regularly and spend a lot of my free time staying active, whether that is training, being outdoors, walking, or just keeping my routine tight. I value a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. I am not into partying or bringing noise into the house. I drink occasionally but only on rare, special occasions. I do not smoke and I do not have pets. I am easy to get along with, respectful of space, and I handle my responsibilities. I have also been studying Vietnamese and I am open to living in a Vietnamese household as I continue learning the language and culture. I am looking for a place in San Leandro, ideally near Washington Manor or around Davis Street and 880, but I am open to nearby areas for the right fit. Budget is flexible for the right situation. At the end of the day I am just looking for a solid, drama free place where everyone respects each other and keeps things clean and straightforward.
