Single with no kids. Moving here from CO and would like to get established with a roommate/housemate situation before I make a long term commitment(longer than 1yr) Living with just one other person would be the most ideal but I’m also open to living with multiple people such as a couple as well.

I would consider my roommate etiquette as top notch. I keep a clean living space, respect privacy and the everything else that comes along with living with others I’m not related to. I would love to partner up with someone and/or others who respect others work schedule as well as privacy. I’m a pretty easy going person and hope any potential fits might be as well.
