I’m clean, quiet, organized. I work 5/6 days a week. In my free time I usually just relax, or find stuff to do around the house. Im the opposite of lazy if there’s something to clean I’ll clean it, if something needs fixing,I’ll fix it. I’m good at keeping up on stuff . I’m super handy. Most of my life I have owned my own construction company so I have all kinds of tools.

I have a truck, work trailer and tools.

Recently divorced, I’ve had my own place my entire life. I need like six months or maybe more to save for a down payment on a new mortgage.. If I run into a good deal on a house with cheap rent, I might do it but other than that, I’m looking to rent a room for a little while.

I’m not homeless I live with family for free right now I’m just looking for something more peaceful. away from people I’m so familiar with. and maybe closer to my job I work in Howell and drive about an hour to work every day.
