I work full time - part time from home and part time in office. I’m pretty laid back, not super noisy, super respectable, fair, and clean/tidy especially in shared common areas. I value honesty, communication, and consideration for and from housemates. I’m an ambivert so there are times when I like hanging out with others and times I enjoy being alone. I’m 4/20 friendly (no smoking in the house/apartment) and LGBTQ+ friendly.
