I look 48. Healthy non smoker…6 1/2 years 85225 same house. Stable person A+ background check, Long time AZ..the Chandler house room I rented Unfurnished for 6 1/2 years. I volunteer at a known dog rescue shelter 85251. I cook fish I eat raw produce… love horses…long time divorced no kids..I call Chatsworth CA home…CSUN ….(from) but AZ long time.. I want: *Unfurnished room-large *Prefer own bathroom *could be long term but most I’d commit to 6 months then month to month; would leave AZ for a pilot job.
