I used to live in the OC, but have been away for a year. Recently got a job offer to train the opening staff at a new restaurant opening in January, and spanning either 4-6months. I’m usually on board right away for assignments like these, but due to personal reasons, I’m a little apprehensive before moving back down to this area. Though if I find a living situation that is too good to pass, that’ll be enough convincing for me to take the job offer, and perhaps stay even passed my contracted deadline in the area. I also work at a hospital when I’m not away on assignment, so if you work in healthcare, we can relate on that as well. I come with a tv, couch, coffee table, and dining table, basically a full living room. As a chef, I also come with a full kitchen, most needed cooking utensils and countertop appliances, and have been roommates with a lot of interesting people, since I move every 1-2 years for work. Clean, sociable, and considerate, hope you are as well! Looking for people around my age, or at least similar interests, we don’t have to be best friends, but I would prefer someone we can at least enjoy each other’s company if we’re both in the living room or eating a meal together. Which, I do often share what I cook at home. I’m not watching too much tv nowadays, but I do read a lot, so you’ll probably catch me in the living room doing that often. I also have a ps5 to share with most streaming services if that’s what you’re about, and always down to check out a series, or movie night with roommates if that’s what you’re about. I’ve had multiple previous success meeting people here to team up and search for an apartment together, rather than looking for a room for rent, so I think I’d would prefer team ups, but open to any method of accommodation. I have a dog, a little buff rat terrier, who’s just reached 10 years old, and am considering bringing him along to spend more time with him while I still can. Although if you’d prefer no pets, he doesn’t have to be brought along, and I’ll just have to visit him and my family more often, so its no problem leaving him at home
