My budget is fairly flexible and I’m open to moving as early as July 1st 2026. I have two very friendly 3 yr old cats, although one acts more like a mouse. I enjoy photography, magic the gathering, video games, drumming karate, and being outside in my free time. While I would prefer to move somewhere where I can play drums, I am flexible. I have a credit score in the upper 600s with good history and a clean background. I am flexible with lease length. I consider myself a friendly, clean, and respectful roommate. I work a typical 9-5.
