Hi I am very clean, even a little bit OCD. I am very friendly, outgoing and get along great with others. I works for 15 years for Hansen‘s furniture in Modesto California but Hansens after 47 years of being in business with out of business. I do have severe neuropathy in my feet and legs and so I do not work anymore. It is painful but I can walk and function close to normal. My dad would actually be paying my rent every month. He is a successful commercial realtor here in Modesto since 1977. Rent would always be on time no exceptions. I do have a 6 pound Yorky female. She is potty trained and never has accidents. She doesn’t bark much I got very lucky lol she is the sweetest thing. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. I am looking in the $700-$750 range. I promise I would be a great responsible and clean tenant. I am quiet meeting no parties, no overnight guests etc.
