As a roommate, I am fiscally responsible, positive, easygoing, and respectful. I WFH in E-commerce I specialize in running Amazon Ads with 30-60% ROAS— AND am always growing in my expertise as an energy worker and practitioner in somatic modalities such as Yoga, Cupping, and Meridian Yoga Therapy 🙌🏽✨

I have a 6-year-old male lab mix named Bhalu, who is well-behaved, well-traveled, and well-socialized. He’s good with cats, dogs, horses, kids, farm animals, etc. Super chill at home, but loves a good adventure. For Bhalu, ball is life… throw the ball and he will be your best friend for life 😂🎾🐶

In a roommate, I prefer someone who has positive energy, fiscal reliability, growth mindset, and awareness of others. Ideally, my roommate would be very comfortable with dogs and an overall genuine person. 🌱

P.S. In terms of stay length, I chose the three-six month option. However, depending on our agreement, I may decide to stay for a more extended time-frame.

On another note, Alternatively I’d be open to renting out my luxury style studio+ balcony—starting March 1st until May 16th— for the remainder of it’s contract until the lease is up.

You’re welcome to extend the lease if you’d like, or just end the lease May 16th.

It’s safely $1600/month + utilities • Internet $50 • Parking $60 • Electric $70-$100 (*Special note: water/sewage is calculated into the rent each month by the complex; base rent is actually $1480)

It’s private, and you’d have the place to yourself: modern finishes, usb wall plugs, granite counter tops, gym access, office space, covered parking spot.

Note: It can be furnished with a bed and any furniture you prefer, as well (desk, lounging chair, etc.)

Central location in DFW— commute: • 10-15 min. to DFW Airport • 25 min. to DAL Airport • 15 min. to Southlake • 10 min. to Downton Grapevine • 35 min. to Downtown Dallas • 35 min. to Downtown Fort Worth

Near a ton of nature spots— Grapevine lake, Murrel Park, Knob Hills Trail. Also, less than 5 miles from the cutest little walkable city center off of Main Street in Grapevine where they commonly have events and lovely weekend markets— a train station, and a European style food hall. Not to mention, Great Wolf Lodge, and Gaylord Resort and Convention Center.
