Hi! I’m looking for a roommate or room in the Annapolis area, ideally as close to downtown (DTA) as possible. Budget: $900–$1400
Move-in: Ideally July 1st (my current lease ends July 9th, so early July is perfect) What I’m looking for:

• In-unit washer/dryer preferred

I’m a vet tech and work long hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. When I’m home after work, I really value quiet time to decompress. I’m very independent and tend to keep to myself at home, but I’m friendly and respectful. I have a pretty full life outside of home (friends, boyfriend, Solidcore, etc.), so I’m not looking for a super social household—more of a comfortable, low-pressure living environment. I don’t have pets, but I’m very comfortable living with them. Lifestyle preferences:
• I value being able to come and go freely without needing to check in or share schedules
• Just a heads up if you’re having people over is perfect, and I’ll do the same
• I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and appreciate the same
