Hello. My name is Kyle. I’m 44, caucasian male/working professional. I’m new to STL. Moved to Missouri from Atlanta. I work two jobs. I have a decent credit score. I have no criminal record. I don’t smoke, I’m quiet, I mind my own business, and I’m a polite individual. I’m healthy and if I’m not working or sleeping, I’m out hiking/jogging/power walking. I’m looking for a room to rent, with preferably all utilities included in the rent. I would need a 6 month or 12 month lease option. If the room is furnished even better but it’s not a deal breaker. I own my vehicle. I can pass any kind of background check as well.

In a nutshell, I’m a normal, sane, responsible, individual, with ZERO substance abuse issues or health issues. I’m on Roomies because I’m in the process of divorcing my wife, which was unexpected for me. I have no kids, no pets.
