Hello, I am a 36 year old male with a great career! I am clean, friendly, and super easy to get along with. Im looking for a roommate(s) to share a nice home as I save for a new home after a divorce over a year ago. I have a 4 year old son that I have every other weekend, however we will be with myself and his grandparents on MOST of those weekends. However he needs to be welcomed occasionally. I tend to live great with females as most of my friends are females, but of course either is great. I would really like a roommate where we can eventually develop a friendship and enjoy the home together. On work days you wont see much of me, and I can be the loaner type mostly depending on the roommate situation. People tend to feel “safe” around me, as I do care for others and can be protective (in a healthy way). Im looking forward to the next chapter in my life!
