I’m a creative person and travel to different locations that might inspire my creative nature. Most of the time, in a year I’ll be working from home. I am a producer of sorts. Currently, my income is SSI due to a head injury. So my income is limited. I prefer someone tidy-ish. Meaning, cleaning up after themselves in the common areas at least. Someone who is closer to my age would be preferred. I don’t drink or smoke but I don’t mind others who do, within moderation. I’m looking into a 2 bedroom to share with someone.
