Been living in Indy for almost 5 years now, current roommate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. My preference is to live downtown, or a short 5-10 minute bike ride from the area - mainly just love living in a walkable area. I’m up for living with men or women (or NB, I don’t really care 🤷‍♂️). I can provide contact details for previous roommates, the last several of which were women (not a girlfriend - just friends).

A bit about myself - love to get out for walks and biking, the occasional drink or dinner. I also enjoy cooking and would be down to share cooking responsibilities if you’re interested. Generally in bed by 11. Spend my free time reading, watching TV, cooking, playing with my cat, hanging out with friends. As a last note, I also have a bunch of furniture (stocked kitchen, living room, dining room-ish) that I can contribute, so don’t need to worry about purchasing or renting any furnishings for common space.
