I am married with 3 boys. We’ve been living with my father. Due to his change in health, we have been forced to move him and find a place for ourselves. I am not financially able to purchase his house and thus it’s been sold to an investor. We’ve had to make quick arrangements. My wife and boys are living with her father but there’s not enough room for all of us. I need to be closer to Denver for work. Therefore, I’m seeking a room for rent on a monthly basis that will allow us time to make arrangements for us to be together in a house. The timing is just awful.

I’m an older gentleman, 60 years, clean, quiet, no drama. I do have a full-time job that I’ve had for years. I also like to work out at 24 Hour Fitness a few times a week. So, my time away from my rented room will be heightened. I’m easy to get along with and enjoy some cooking, cleaning, and doing simple things like laundry and having good conversation.
