Hi, I’m Kimberly,

I recently relocated to Kansas City from Houston, Texas. I am a high school teacher and work fairly long hours. I also love to take walks, read, try out new restaurants, see live music, and participate in community events. I am friendly, easy-going, and drama-free. I am currently staying with a friend, but it’s a short-term situation and need to find something more permanent asap. If you’re looking for a reliable, stable, drama-free, respectful, tidy tenant, then I will be a good fit!

I am looking to move between Oct 1st-3rd as I will be traveling this weekend.

I do work a lot, and will almost always be gone from 7am to 6pm Monday–Friday.

I have a very sweet 8 pound tabby cat who is very quiet, shy, and reserved. She is 100% litter box trained and has never had an accident in four years. She will keep to herself but she does get along well with other animals, both cats and dogs.
