Luca & Farhan

Hi! My name is Luca. I’ve been living in Arlington for the past two years and am currently looking for a third roommate to rent a house with me and my college friend/roommate.

We’re hoping to find a place in the Arlington, Falls Church, or Fairfax area, ideally near a Metro station, and we’d like to keep rent around $1,450/month or less per person.

My friend and I lived together throughout all four years of college, so we’re very used to sharing a space, keeping common areas clean, and being respectful of house rules and each other’s routines. We’re looking for someone who wants a comfortable, chill living environment where everyone gets along and can hang out together.

We both work in cybersecurity and primarily work from home. Outside of work, we enjoy hiking, watching movies, cooking with friends, trying new restaurants, and checking out local events. I’m also in a band, but noise isn’t an issue as most rehearsals take place at a separate rehearsal space, and I’m always mindful of roommates.
