Long time renter - more than 20 years - never miss payments - good credit. Prefer to have it closer to a community that is social. Recently downsized my life. Went from a 4 bedroom house to now renting a room but want a better fit. Have all my furnishings. Access to other parts of the house - kitchen, laundry, etc. Have no pets. Not opposed to your pet as long as not too many and they are clean. Someplace for my car. Some space in the garage would be a big plus. Let me know what you have!!!!!!
