Delmas Rachel

Hi I’m Rachel, a 36 year old Female + Professional/Student. Currently in the process of a Business Degree, with a special interest in AI. And I’m also working towards my Real Estate License thru an online course. I work as a waitress, and bartender and have been making a living on tips while undergoing my education. I’ve also recently been inspired to look into “work from home” part time positions, as supplemental income. My ideal living arrangements would be renting out a room, on a month to month basis. WITH A FEMALE ONLY. I desire a calm, drama free environment. It would be extra great if we were on the same path in life: growth, and positivity, and goal oriented. I love animals so if she had a pet that would be super great also!!!!!
