Hi friends! We are looking the room to rent within walkable to bus/train to Washington, DC center. I’m looking for stay from 28MAR2026 until Early or Mid 2028 (About 2 years+).

• Move in by 22MARCH or I can wait for unit available.
• Budget can be flexible depends on location, etc.
• Married couple
• Credit score $750-800+/each person.
• No kids, no pets, non-smokers
• We always use headphones and keep noise to a minimum, we are quiet and respectful roommates
• Friendly, easygoing, and professional. We don’t get in/out at late night, so you’ll always feel safe and free from unexpected noise in midnight which could be mistaken dangers. Thanks
