Hello, My name is Tynicha Young (33y/o) and I am very interested in renting the space that is available. I do work Monday - Friday and I make about $40,000 a Year! (Paid Bi -Weekly). Recent graduate with My associates degree as a Medical administrative assistant and Continuing on with bachelor’s in Criminal Justice.

I currently am living in hotels and at friend house at the moment but I am eager to move because I need more of my own space *** until i finish paying off some debts. I am sure you receive several rental applications each day, so I wanted to take some time to help you get to know me a little better: • Currently, I work Department of Defense as a contractor position - IRMAC Appointing center.

My time here beginning of this year 2026. Before this, I was with a company called, NFC Amenity - Temporary Concierge position (worked on the needs of the client’s basis) and with my time there.. I was there a year and some change☺️ I was working remotely for different call centers as a Health Insurance Representative and I’ve done that for about four years (once Covid hit). I went through a domestic violence situation and had Covid 19 when I lost my last place in 2023. •In my spare time, I love being a mom, listening to music, taking walks being one with nature, write poetry and do yoga, go to the gym, etc. **I am very much kind & reserved to myself , and OCD to the max! 😂😊 I love to clean 247/ and make sure at all times things are organized and in order. I love a tranquil place.’ ** Based on these listed above; I think you’ll find that I am a reliable, good neighbor and female tenant who WILL pay my rent on time, keep the place/shared areas in mint condition and communicate easily with then landlord and/or other roommates about any and all needs.
