We’re happy, friendly Christian people, easy-going, and respectful. No smoking, 420, or alcohol is part of our lifestyle. We work most of the time and would only be home in the evenings to sleep. We’re quiet, clean, and get along well with others.

This arrangement could be as short as 3 months or as long as a year, depending on the household situation. We’re ready to move in TODAY and can pay rent in advance, no problem. There won’t be any company or guests—honestly, with our schedules, you might not even notice we’re there!

I understand you might be thinking, “Father and son, two people?” But we’ve done this before because we love to travel, and previous roommates have told us they preferred us over others! Please don’t judge the situation until we meet. My son was homeschooled and is very mature, kind, funny, and just awesome to be around.
