Clean, social, and pretty easy to live with. I keep shared spaces tidy and respect people’s routines. I like having friends over occasionally and I’m the type to organize dinners or take roommates out once in a while.

Ideally looking to form a group of 4 (two girls, two guys) and move somewhere around Santa Monica. Students preferred since the lifestyle tends to match better.
