I have happily rented a guest house in Mesa for 8 years. Looking to downsize & move closer to Chandler where my friends & family reside. West Mesa or Tempe would work also. I do have bedroom furniture I’d like to use & could use a bit of storage. I work M-F and often gone hiking, paddle boarding, socializing. Would like to live in a home atmosphere, not a house full of other tenants & would like to find a place to stay for a few years. I“m not the type to move around often. My current place is 1100 sf so I am hoping to down size & pay less rent as to fill my coffers a bit more for eventual retirement. I will only consider a female roommate & please dont contact me with offers of group home living.
