I am clean, quiet, honest, dependable, respectful, laid back, no drama, and keep to myself. I do not smoke, or do drugs or alcohol. I would prefer if no one in the home does, especially the no cigarette or vape smoking in the house. I don’t judge any lifestyle choices, (in any categories of life), just prefer breathing fresh air with the no smoking thing. I have lived with cannabis friendly people before, as well as social drinkers, and this did not bother me if done respectfully.

I have a kind and loving personality. I love to see people cooperating and enjoying life in peace with each other. I love humanity and our planet earth. I try to live a life respecting and honoring it all while following my own joy and bliss and encouraging others to do so too.

I do not have any of my own pets, (all of my fur babies have crossed the rainbow bridge), but I am an animal lover and do not mind if you have pets. I will love your fur babies and treat them with great adoration, but please don’t ask me to take care of them for you unless you are offering rent reduction for that service. (which I have done in the past on occasion only).

I am looking for a furnished private room with a private bathroom. (yes this is a must, I like my own space and cleanliness). Looking for all utilities to be included. Laundry facilities in house. A safe, clean, quiet, no drama home. Shared use of kitchen and refrigerator/freezer. A dedicated and safe space to park my vehicle and a quiet and safe neighborhood.

I will take care of and respect your things like they are my own. You could leave on vacations or trips, or just be gone most of the day, and be able to entirely trust the safety of your things and your home with me. I am also looking to be able to trust a home owner and all roommates in that home as highly and equally. I have an amazing credit score and an immaculate background check that you can request through whatever services you wish, if we proceed forward and decide that we are a good fit for each other.
