I work full-time outside the home and am currently completing my master’s program, so I have a structured and busy schedule. I’m typically only home in the evenings and keep a quiet, low-key lifestyle. I don’t have visitors, as my friends and family are primarily on the East Coast.

When I’m home, I’m usually meal prepping or doing light household tasks like laundry. I’m very respectful of shared spaces and like to keep things clean and organized. I’m drug free, have no pets, and prioritize health and fitness, so I spend a good amount of time at the gym.

Ideally, I’m looking for a space with access to on-site laundry, kitchen access with room for food storage (since I meal prep once or twice a week), and, if possible, a bit of additional storage space. I’m flexible and happy to work within what’s available I’m really just looking for a comfortable, clean, and peaceful living environment.
