Update: I am coming down to the Clearwater area for a month, to consider moving there. I am looking for a short term rental opportunity, hopefully something that benefits us both (you had a roommate move out, or just need the extra income while you find someone for a more long term). My dates are flexible, I lived in the area over 20 years ago, and considering moving back. I am clean and respectful.

I have one daughter attending N.C. State, and another daughter about to start college. I currently live in the Outer Banks (N.C. Coast) and looking to relocate. I am looking for a roommate to help share the cost of a rental, and possible a friend to hang out and do things with. I am very much into photography and like traveling to new places for photo opportunities.
I am looking for a clean and reliable female roommate (I have roomed with males and females in the past and it has always worked out better with a female roommate as far as mutual respect, friendship, cleanliness, and comfort). Non smokers and drug free only please. I am quiet, clean, organized, and respectful.
